Refund/Cancellation Policy
- Due to limited session spaces, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session.
- You may cancel by phone or via email at info@rollerskating.com.au
- If you have to cancel your session, we can offer you a credit for your next visit. You may use theses credits towards any furture activities at Sunshine Roller Skating Centre. Please email info@rollerskating.com.au
- If you have booked online and wish to change your booking to another date, this can be done by yourself on this website.
- Sunshine Roller Skating Centre will not accept full refunds for booking cancellations under 24 hours notice. The owner has the right to be flexible here for all circumstances.
- If you require a full refund, cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3-6 days will incur a 20% fee. The owner has the right to be flexible here for all circumstances.
